From Kebab to Turkey's Tulip

Baru saja menyelesaikan makan malem with a roll of Kebab. heran deh makanan yang satu ini, ukurannya nggak terlalu besar hanya kok bisa bikin kenyang banget padahal cuma satu porsi. aku ngabisin kebab selama 20 menit dengan jeda-jeda yang rutin.
Ngomongin tentang kebab, jadi keingetan tentang Turkey. So let me tell you something about Turkey :D
While i'm searching about that, i'm gonna tell you about kebab again. Kebab yang satu ini isinya gak macem-macem cuma selembar roti cane diisi dengan irisan selada, sedikit bawang bombay, saus cabe dan saus tomat, mayonaise, dan daging sapi dengan sedikit olesan mentega ,, but it can make you fully enough. You just need to spend Rp. 11.000,- of your money. not my money.

Back to Turkey :D i found some interesting fact about Turkey. Actually i'm in love with Holland because of their Tulips. But Tulips originally comes from Turkey and several places in Asia. wow...

Twin Egg Yolks

I still remember about this scene on manga "the prince of tennis", when i read this page (at that time) i didn't believe that something like that happen in this world. So i just let it as a story. But i felt great when Eiji got twin egg yolks.

At Desember 6, in the evening, when i was trying to opened my eggs (chicken's egg i mean), i was excited that it's egg with double yolks. Oh yay! and my memory about Eiji floating in the air, that he was very lucky, that he never lied to me, and i felt glad.

The menu contain with steamed rice (you always need rice even in your diet because rice is the most friendly fiber for your intestines ), fried egss (tetep yaaah,, rich of protein), eggplant balado (anti-oxidant from eggplant protect you from brain cancer caused by the radiation of electronical instrument, such as your PC; and vit C from red chili give you best body defense), stir-fried Bitter melon (can protect you from cancer, and make your eyes healthy, also could decrease the concentration of glucose in your blood), sweet fried tempe (you already know the advantage of consuming soybean, rich of vit E, protein, etc), and chili sauce (vit C again :)).
Plus a banana to get calcium and potassium ^^. i can't buy milk, because nowadays the price of milk so expensive (hahay lebay).
Health but cheap! its because "warteg Harjay" (little home resto with super cheap cost, but delicious). slurrp!

Easy meal with simple Eggs

I'm a big fan of eggs, any type of eggs. srambled, sunny side up, hard boiled, soft boiled, with rice, with noodles. Easy meal with simple eggs can fill me up for hours. :)
never bored with eggs!
Even in my rent-house i always want to have my-fried-eggs in my dishes. So usually i try to make my-fried-eggs using a rice cooker :P

here it is,,
if you want to have some good smell on your fried eggs, then you can put spring onion on your eggs, put chili also if you want to get spicy taste (i also put some spinach to rise the number of nutrient).
Slice your chili and spring onion, add to your eggs, mix it, don't forget to throw some salt and sugar to your eggs, then mix it again!
be ready with your pan (i mean the pan in your rice cooker :P), first you throw some margarine/coconut oil in your pan, then close the pan, next step you press the cook button on your pan.
wait until about 2 minutes, then open the pan, put the egg into , and close the pan until 2 minutes,
after 2 minutes, one side of your eggs going brown and smell delicious. Let the other side going brown also, by turn the position of your eggs to the reverse.
close the pan and wait abaout 1 minute.
After that, your fried eggs ready to be served :P

happy cooking :D

*remember to plug out your rice cooker power after you finish.
